1.
I shall agree to the terms and conditions of payment specified in this Agreement to perform the contract work (hereinafter referred to as "The Work") provided by TRANSPRO Corporation.
2.
I shall agree that TRANSPRO Corporation shall solely own the property right of the contract work.
3.
I shall not disclose any information, drawings, designs, specifications, and related-material that are obtained through The Work to any third party, or I shall not use the information for my own benefit.
4.
I shall agree to be responsible to keep the deadline for The Work, and to revise the product if it is regarded as inappropriate and/or incorrect.
5.
I shall agree that no fee shall be paid for The Work that is late unless a reason or that is not performed.
